
MINERAL CITY SPEEDWAY GENERAL RULES
NO express or implied warranty of safety shall result from publication of, or compliance with these rules and regulations. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and in no way a guarantee against injury or death to participants, spectators or others. Mineral City Speedway race rules shall apply at all Mineral City Speedway events. All participants in racing events shall conduct themselves in an orderly and polite manner to all other participants and officials. Track officials shall have responsibility for rules and regulation enforcement at Mineral City Speedy weekly events. At the discretion of track officials in charge, any competitor may be disqualified for rule violations or hazardous equipment or hazardous actions. All Mineral City Speedway participating vehicles are subject to be inspected at any time. Approval of a Mineral City Speedway participating vehicle by the inspector shall mean only that the vehicle is approved for participation in a competitive event and shall not be construed in any way to mean that the inspected Mineral City Speedway participating vehicle is guaranteed mechanically sound. Be it further declared that the inspector of said vehicles shall not be liable, nor shall Mineral City Speedway Promoters be liable for any mechanical failure nor any losses or injuries from the same. Any unsportsman like conduct by drivers, owners, and/or pit crews shall be grounds for disqualification and/or punitive actions by Mineral City Speedway promoters. Drivers are responsible for the actions of their crewmembers. Absolutely no one on the track unless escorted. Mineral City Speedway drivers will be paid all moneys and must furnish Mineral City Speedway with their valid Social Security number. Failure to furnish valid Social Security number, or furnishing false Social Security number could result in $100.00 fine. Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages will be consumed by drivers or their pit crews prior to, or while competing in a Mineral City Speedway event. Use, distribution or sale of illegal drugs at any time shall be cause for immediate, indefinite suspension. Drivers under 18 years of age must have a parental consent form signed and notarized and said document must be in the hands of the track officials before participation of said individual will be allowed. NOTE—Mineral City Speedway or its officials may require participant to undergo physical examination before said individual is allowed to compete in a Mineral City Speedway event. Any participant caught taking, ingesting or consuming drugs or alcohol in the pits may be disqualified and/or barred from racing events. Driver must sign in your own car – Drivers signature is Mandatory, No Exceptions.
